Over the past 20 years, Product Management has grown into a critical hub function in any software and technology business. At the same time, there is virtually NO formal Product Management training or education available. This has led to an entire community of Product Managers who range in their experience and their leadership. They have learned on the job or through continuing career programs like Product Gym, Product School, or General Assembly. These Product Leaders may or may not be adept at leading their Product Managers. Their on the job training hasn’t taught them that.
The PM Pros Group is a Coach and Advisor offering to fill that gap and give Product Managers the one-on-one coaching attention they deserve but many are missing.
